To ensure that the holiday is a relaxing experience for allergy sufferers too, natural materials were chosen for the chalet’s construction and for its textiles and furnishings. Enjoy the healthy indoor climate in the chalet, with natural wood floors, oak furnishings, tiled bathrooms and kitchen, hypoallergenic duvets and pillows without down, pure cotton bed linen, and underfloor heating. Smoking is not permitted in the chalet in South Tyrol.

The apartment is available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code (notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005); however, we offer you the following cancellation terms:

• No fees will be charged for cancellations made up to 40 days before arrival.
• For cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival, three days will be charged; for cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival, or in the event of early departure, up to five days of the booked stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

We would be delighted to treat you to a breakfast basket in the morning. It includes South Tyrolean butter, three different jams, honey, a selection of breads, yogurt, eggs, cornflakes, muesli, seasonal fruit, a platter of cold cuts, juice, milk, coffee and tea. Of course, we are happy to take any food intolerances into account when putting together your breakfast basket. Please let us know about them when you book.
