| 1. | Make an enquiry by email (chalet-anna@salzburg.co.at) in terms of Chalet availability and any special requests. | |||||||||
| 2. | We will then reply and send you a booking form - so please include a contact address with your email. | |||||||||
| 3. | You then book by sending us the completed booking
form and a deposit of £100 per person to: Anna Lazzeri, 52 Chichester
Road, North End, Portsmouth, PO2 0AD. United Kingdom (cheque made payable to - 'Mr & Mrs Lazzeri') - deposits are not refundable. |

| 4. | We will confirm your booking in writing / email, and send a receipt for the amount paid. At this stage, a contract exists between yourselves (the client) and Chalet Anna. The 'Client' shall mean the lead name on the booking form, and include others in the party. The lead name is responsible for final payment and for passing on information, received from Chalet Anna, to others in the group. It is also assumed at this point that the 'Terms & Conditions' have been read and shared with each adult in the group. | |||||||||
| 5. | For Summer and Winter holidays the balance of
the holiday must be paid in full by no later than 8 weeks prior to the start
of your holiday. A cheque(s) made payable to - 'Mr & Mrs Lazzeri' should be sent to: Anna Lazzeri, 52 Chichester Road, North End, Portsmouth, PO2 0AD. United Kingdom. If payment is not received by this date we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and levy the appropriate cancellation charges outlined in item 7. |

| 6. | Once your booking and deposit have been received we guarantee that there will be no increase in the holiday price (assuming that your booking is not amended). | |||||||||

If you alter, or cancel your booking we will apply the charges set out below (any cancellation, or changes by yourselves must be sent to us in writing - as soon as possible please): | |||||||||

| 8. | Cancellation by us - In the very unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your holiday, because of circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you the choice of either purchasing another holiday from us, or a full and prompt refund. | |||||||||
| 9. | Special requests - Please let us know of any special requests you have at the time of booking and although we cannot guarantee it we will do our best to meet your request. | |||||||||
| 10. | Insurance - we cannot accept liability for injury or death caused to a client. This also applies when undertaking any activities with staff from Chalet Anna. Any breakages, or damage caused must be paid for before your departure. |

The Chalet operates a strictly no smoking policy [this includes the chalet, mini bus, grounds, garden & balconies]. | |||||||||
| 12. | We reserve the right to refuse a reservation, without having to disclose a reason. | |||||||||
| 13. | Clients are responsible for making their own arrangements for travel. Each client must hold a valid passport (with six months minimum before it expires). It is advisable to also have an E111, for EU reciprocal medical care. Whilst we are happy to arrange lessons/hire/activities with third parties we cannot accept any liability for their services. | |||||||||
| 14. | Where clients elect not to utilise meals/facilities which are included in the given price, there will not be any refunds. | |||||||||
| 15. | We make every effort to describe the Chalet and rooms as accurately as possible. Where rooms are not to a personal liking, we cannot accept any responsibility for this. | |||||||||
| 16. | You may arrive at any reasonable time on the first day booked, but access to rooms may not be immediate. This enables you to go out skiing/walking on Day 1, if you have equipment, etc. On the departure date, rooms have to be vacated by 10 a.m. (it is posssible to ski on the last day, where cases can be stored in the Chalet). | |||||||||
| 17. | Any complaints regarding the Chalet, food, service, must be made at the time of the holiday and will not be accpeted if made on your return to the UK. Sorry, we cannot accept complaints related to the weather, snow conditions, travel delays, etc. | |||||||||

We expect our clients to behave in a way that does not damage the reputation of Chalet Anna, or cause distress to locals or other members of the Chalet. Any damage caused will need to be paid for before departure.
